this just in hb pants are not for lvl 70+
as you can see the pants are lvl 65 and it has decent hyperbody also they fixed the glitch with the skills on keyboard crap

Guy who took the screen shot has a high-5 stamp on him. High-5 stamp can't be used on an item, but the character who is carrying it gets a 5 levels decrease from an equipment.
