Skills for the new jobs in KMST. 10x more overpowered than mechanics. 10x faster than dual blades. 20x more bandwagoned. (these guys have monkeys and can summon ships. and they have fake arms. THESE ARE TRUE PIRATES MENG!)
[b]fortune attack[/b]:+200% dmg at a 7% chance when attacking
[b]Build up cannon[/b]:at lv1:2 att, 25 wdef/mdef. at lv10:25 att, 250 wdef/mdef.
[b]Cannon Splasher![/b]:Hits 3 monsters. 245% dmg. DoT:over a period of 4 seconds they get 50% dmg over a 1 second interval.
[b]Gigantic backstep[/b]:MAx lvlv is 15:210% dmg to 3 mobs. 70% chance to lower speed by 60 for 5 seconds.
[b]Punching cannon![/b]:95% knockback. 98% x2 to 6 mobs. (this job has a cannon for an arm. just so you know.)
[b]Critical Fire[/b]:+20% critical rate. +10% critical dmg
[b]Cannon mastery[/b]:50% mastery. 120 accuracy
[b]Physical training[/b]:30 str/dex
[b]Slug shot[/b]:220% x2 to 4 enemies. uses24 mp.
[b]Monkey rush boom[/b]:Throws a barrel that dmgs monsters(50% x3 to 8 monsters.) and then does 350% dmg once it stops moving
[b]Booster[/b]:11 MP. lasts 20 seconds.
[b]MONKEY MAAAAAAGIC!(EPIC NAME)[/b]:Strengthens your party with monkey magic. 55 MP, for 300 seconds MM gives...20 all stats, 300 HP/MP, 10 speed/5jump, 160 accuracy, 120 avoid.
[b]Reinforced cannon[/b]PASsive. gives 30 att. +1 attack speed level.
[b]Vital extreme[/b]:Over powered. +25% HP, +100% Defense, +20% chance to be immune to status problems. PASSIVE.
[b]Counterattack shooter[/b]first thing that came to mind was counterstrike. 20% chance to counter with 160% dmg.
[b]Cannon strike[/b]:280% dmg x3 to 6 enemies
[b]Monkey Power bomb[/b]stronger version of monkey rush. requires maxed monkey rush.) 180% dmg to 8 mobs x4. 95% chance for 4 second DoT.(+30% DoT dmg.)
[b]Monkey Wave[/b]:This is for if you thought the previous skills were op. 1000% damage. 100% critical. 95% stun.
[b]Cannon jump[/b]:Stronger rocket jump. 210% dmg.
[b]Oak roulette[/b]:THis is a buff. lasts 240 seconds. 30% to cause darkness, stun, frozen, or slow for 5 seconds. cooldown is 30 seconds.
[b]roll of the dice[/b]:u know what this does. [b]DOUBLE ROLL OF THE DICE![/b]:This officially makes this class better than all the other adventurer pirates. requires max roll of the dice. At max it has 200 second coooldown and lasts 200 seconds. Thus, no cd. This skill rolls two dice instead of one. So you can get 2 effects.
[b]Hyper monkey Spell[/b]:HYPER MONKEY SUPER FORCE GO! requires maxed monkey magic. At level 30 it...gives...700 HP/MP, 40 all stat, 15 speed/10 jump, 250 acc/avoid and lasts 300 seconds.
[b]Overburning cannon[/b]assive. +40% damage. ignore 20% monster defense.
[b]Cannon BAAAAZOOOOKKAAA[/b]:A training skill. 650% x2. Hits 6 mobs.
[b]NAUTILUS:THE BATTLESHIP![/b]:This is an ultimate. The nautilus battleship appears and opens a can of whoop as. 350 MP. Hits 15 monsters. 600% dmg x3. That's right. 1800% dmg total. Strongest ultimate ever.
[b]Supporting Monkey twins[/b]:This is creative. A summon. TIS ALSO OP. A lv15 they do 200% dmg to 3 monsters. Lasts 180 seconds.
[b]Magnetic Anchor[/b]:86 MP. lasts 20 seconds. 500% dmg to everything nearby. Even unicorns. does 620% dmg when it self destructs.
[b]Hero's will, maple warrior, pirate's fury.[/b]:I doubt anyone cares about these.
[b]Cannon buster[/b]:Hits 3 monsters. 320% dmg x3. Very long range.

No 1v1... Pirate STR equips... I surely wont bother to try this as long as it has some ring event or something worth getting.
they don't have siege mode siege mode is the best for 1v1 bossing(unless it's zakum or horntail cause they have multiple parts so db, mech and cannoneer have a big advantage over other classes this is because they deal a massive amount of damage to almost all maybe all parts of the boss) the cannoneer has very good mobility it's kinda like a thief with fj and haste but even better as they have a skill to jump up at an extreme height faster than rocket jump they are better than mechanic in some ways unless it's 1v1 bossing(not including zakum or horntail) mechs will still be the best because of siege mode
@above they are OP in some ways just think of it that Cannoneer on the video was unfunded probably no atk wg no % items no scrolled items think about it if someone hella funded a cannoneer it would be doing maybe twice what the cannoneer in the video was doing

I don't know about speeds but I am pretty sure they're not that overpowered...and if they're bandwagoned in KMST it's because it's a new job. It's practically the job of all Tespia players to try it.

I think we'll have to see bossing vids before judging whether or not this new job is OP-ed or not. From first glance, these skills: Monkey Wave, Cannon buster seem a bit overboard but we'll have to see how quick/slow their cast times are and whether Monkey Wave has a cooldown or something. If this is a slowish-attacking class (and it appears that way), I don't think it'll be OP-ed at all. Seems also like a cross between Buccaneers and Mechs.

Not really. Pretty much all the skills have really long delays. This is nothing compared to how OP Mechs originally were. Plus, nobody knows what the multiplier is.

Most of there 3rd and 4th job skills can do at least 800-1xxx% damage in total and most of their skills will put preexisting skills look sorta obselete.
Seems pretty balanced to me, with some cool party skills.. idk why everyone is complaining
its strong as a warrior, but even more slower, with a good mobility, party skills, range is not the best.. they are like mid- range, that deserves a rush and a flash jump-skill

I play a NL and think we're fine. Sure, a little on the underdog side as these patches come along, but it makes for good house cleaning of all these junky Claw-users that are so desperate. .... yup, worse than mechs. Mechs get all their passive attack to make up for the lack of attack from bullets. These guys actually use bullets and still get 25 attack passive first job. They also get recoil shot and an invisible shot equivalent in first job, not to mention the rush attack. Seriously, why are they giving ranged classes rush attacks? It made sense before ranged attackers could attack from close, but they're removing the skills from archers and giving them to all the new classes...
Also, it looks like Pirate Spirit gives stance, leaving corsairs as the only class without any stance or dodge rate.
