The stats are very nice when you finish scrolling it. After you're done using the fragments of distorted time (dropped by Arkranium), it totals out to 24atk/m.atk + 40 of each stat (more if you crafted it above average).

70m frags * 20 is still only 1.4b, and we're talking 15b for primals, so that's a drop in the lake.
@Elated: If it's less than or equal to 70 .. multiply that by 20, that adds up a lot. Each world has various prices on those two items, Scania being the unique one where there has been too many duped primals and not having enough supply of CF from botters makes their price of CF surpass primals.
