new phantom skills to steal
now that arrow platter is 3rd job what do we take on 4th besides blade rush

1st job: Iron Body, Haste
2nd job: Rage, Bless
3rd job: Crossover chains, HS
4th job: Final Cut, Rapid Fire
I heard cross surge and final cut with mille also works great. Also mobs, so if you got decent buff duration I'd say at least try that

I think it's Rapid Fire from Corsairs, but I'm not a Phantom.
