Dispel doesnt get rid of concentrate
I noticed when I was Kenta PQing today, that after dispel I still had concentrate on... Is this intentional? Either way it made me smile.

Ok to explain. Concentrate was a bow masters version of snipe before ascension. It was much better but had a cooldown. Because of said cooldown it wasn't able to be dispelled just like any other limited use buffs. For instance as a wind archer transformation although a buff can't be dispelled.
