How the Crusader Codex works leveling up

However, as you can see [url=http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/3297/maplestory2011102007133.png]here[/url], I am still on the 1% all-stat bonus even though I'm level 6. How does this work?

@Fcroaonlk: Basil is wrong, you can only look at the ingame codex, thats the stats youll get.
I have a Crusader Codex Level 6 (All Stat) and I can only confirm that it exactly does give the 6 all stat, + the set bonus I chose which is 2% attack from zakum set. If it should multiply or something or add something else then it doesn't, it just does what it shows. btw i'm only missing panda card from dojo to complete mu lung and adv to Lv7 T.T
@Rhianne. You get the medal by getting a certain amount of points. Each set gives you a an amount. Your first set is automatically "equipped" and you can change your set by double clicking the codex and going to the tab on the left called "sets". There's a button there that will allow you to switch sets. Automatically, a quest will come up awarding you with the medal when you reach enough points for it.
I don't even understand how the Crusader Codex works. I just came back to maple a week ago. How do you get a medal from it? Just collect all the cards? Or is there some quest involved? How do you choose a set? D=

Then when you use the "Victoria Island Friends" Title, you should get +30hp if you're level 6 as I am. However, I still only recieve +5hp...

It's near the bottom, under "Hobgoblin Set". It also says it goes up to 3% allstats at level 8.
Its been glitched since forever. And it isn't even possible to reach level 10 currently max you can get is level 8 but thats only if you finish almost all sets.
I don't see that anywhere saying you will receive a 2% all stat bonus...
