AP, SP and equipment

I'm looking for some help. I want to know how I should upgrade my AP (Luck Bandit). Also I wondered what equipment I should buy and at which lvl I should get. I'm kinda noob, so please don't flame

I'm not especially funded, and some lvls it's not neccessary to buy all new equips. What I mean is what equipment is worth buying, and what is worth saving for another 10 lvls.
