Practically nonexistent, also combined with the fact they are untradeable. So the chances of you finding them are basically impossible, as for gachapon they either took them out or the chance of getting them is maroon map chances.
I don't think there is an event that gives them out right now. They were very rare from the events that gave them though.
EDIT: Tradable ones were given out during some event just awhile ago. The one with the big reaper type boss that spawned all around maple. Enoch?I can't remember his name. Either way, there was a very small chance you could get it from the box he dropped.
