Messed up my display setting, the monitor doesnt work
I tried changing it in safe mode, but my screen still isn't showing up after restarting.
What are my options right now?

What kind of a computer is it..? Laptop..? Desktop..?
What did you do to it as far as changing settings..?
Are you saying there's NO display AT ALL when you restart..? Nothing shows on the screen..?
Buy a new computer.
