Can you only do the Star World Quests on One Char per World?
What the title says.
I started the quests on my main and went to try and do it on another char but the start-up quest is not available.
It's not located in the star on the left side and when i got to the event world the door has no quest for me.

oh now the quest appeared. was originally in town then just stayed in the event world. thanks for the help :]
