Targa Helm INT auction
I have a Targa Helm INT clean- with +2 all SKILLS, and 6% Luk, 2 line unique, but I cant auction it in basil because there is no way to add the +2 skills potential option. How would I add it to auction it on basil, or is there no choice but to sell it in the free market?

It isn't all stat people, it raises all your skills by 2 levels, such as steal, boomerang step, meso mastery... ETC.
For All I believe its All +2, LUK 6%
