2 to 3 minutes a run for me.

@fengot The bare minimum is 40 runs to get 3,000 coins. The max you can get in one run is 76 coins, so if you got the max every time that would be 40 runs. But since most of the stages (aside from the boss stages at 10, 20, and 21) drop 0-1 coin, realistically you're looking at 40-46 runs for all 3 totems.

How long each run takes, depends on your funding. With 150k+ range, doing all 21 stages should take around 3-5 minutes. If your range is lower than that, then you're probably looking at 10-20 minutes per entry. So anywhere from 4 1/2 hours (160 minutes) to 15 hours (920 minutes) total to get all 3 totems, depending on how fast or slow you can finish.

Oh and also, you may want to play hit and run with some of the later stages as they start to hit hard around stage 15 or so. Several of the bosses have multi-hit skills that they only use when you're close to them, such as Mihile, Oz, Dual Blade, and a few others, that are more than capable of inflicting 25k+ damage if you aren't careful. Just a heads up.

What level were you and what was your range?
I have a level 0 archer right now and I want to get it to a marksman ASAP in order to get these totems.

An average of 40 runs, as stated above. But it might take less, assuming you have a good drop rate multiplier (say, 3x or 4x), but it is capped at some point, if I'm not mistaken.

how long does this take in time?

Took me 11 runs to get around 800 coins (though the Hot Times prior gave us some so it's probably a bit less), buying 4 of the 11 pass packages will definitely get you all 3, just make sure you're using a Big Spider familiar.

35~40 runs.
