Well, buff duration doesn't have that great of an effect on playing. You're basically just adding a few seconds onto Haste, Booster, Guard. Karma, Instinct, and MW. When I had buff duration when hypers were first released, it didn't affect hyper duration, but it might have changed. It took me over 600 pink circs to get +15atk (I didn't stumble upon %boss or %pdr once) so I just gave up and stayed with attack.

^, %boss, +atk/matk, %pdr are usually your main goals.

It's terrible. It doesn't add to your Attack Range, but rather, to your final damage that you deal.
Even if you had 9999 Accuracy/Magic Accuracy, that's only 1299 damage, so if you dealt 1m damage, then now you'll deal 1,001,299 damage.
that is horrible keep rolling until you get % boss or something
