How much promethazine should i take to help me sleep?
Not to get high but to fall asleep. Ive been suffering from insomnia rexently and found out that i have a bottle of ptomethazine. I already took a spoonful (dont know specific measurement). Should i wait or take more? Serious answers. Please.

This is good advice. I started exercising more during the afternoon (running, basketball, tennis, etc.) and I would end up so tired I would just crash around 10/11 pm.

Why don't you talk to a doctor about some actual sleep medication instead of over-medicating/self-medicating?
