Realize that the only things there are to do are training, bossing, and merching.
Also realize how lame the events are

I would've gone for a guild but after being in 3 really big guilds, I've realized that the unpopular, new members half the time are just ignored. So kinda iffy on that... I've never bossed so I don't know how fun it is. I might make a new character... Stress.

If you don't have any connections, no guild, and no friends, consider networking a little bit. Check out the guild listings here on Basil for your server, and check out the training listings as well. Find a guild listing that sounds good, go for it, and see what happens. You have options, you just have to get out there and interact and meet people that you get along with. Try out PVP, as well, it can be a decent way to meet some new people.

As far as other things to do in Maple, it's pretty much the same as it's always been. Grind, merch, upgrade, repeat.

I don't have friends/a guild to boss with. And I'm reaaaally not in the mood for grinding. The only pq I think is worth it is Kenta's but I always die...
