WA BE: 58% 20 att. 10% added to crits

wa's have a weaker then average BE and a weaker than average hurricane...they have no SE, MMS, or concentrate.

you get 1 extra AP until lvl 70 (60 extra ap)...which means we make up that AP at lvl 132..

so mathematically it would make zero sense for a WA to out damage a bm at lvl 150

They will team up and fight crime together. o.o

i think a 130 explorer tops a 120 cygnus. like a WA has never outdamaged me O_O not since like lvl 140

Hypothetically speaking, Bowmasters since the WA Hurricane is nerfed, among other reasons.

-cough- Wind Archers can't get to Lv200, they're capped at Lv120...
