How can I access my old account?
Hi, today i figured that i would try to log in to the first account i ever made,it was made when i was around 7 or 8 years old (17 now) and its got some rather rare items on it that i just wanted to get onto my current account and try to sell. Whenever i logged into the account it prompted me to reactivate it and sent an email to the email i had used to create it.
Of course the email I had used was with yahoo, and whenever i logged in it said the account had been recycled since it hadnt been accessed in a year.
I tried to reach out to nexon and they're wanting way more to grant me access back to my account than i can give, such as a photo id or birth certificate and whatnot. Its kind of frustrating because i know im losing a lot of money that i could have had because of it. Can anyone help me?

I also had the same problem recently. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is get your parent's ID and your birth certificate. All they need from it is the DOB, first and last name and the photo on your parent's ID. You can grey out the rest of the information. I did all of this, and had to answer a few questions and was able to change my email to get my account back and change my PIC that i forgot lol. The GMs on the Nexon Customer Support are pretty helpful. Best of luck to you.
Best of luck. I'm also trying to recover my old accounts(s) but I can't remember anything about them except the character names (which have already been wiped) and what I did ingame. Though I just want mine back for nostalgia. I was also told to send a ticket with my ID and I'm not too happy about this either since my parents have always told me never to post such information on the internet. Unfortunately, it can't be helped so I'm just waiting for my acne to clear up so I can get an 18+ card... Weeping.
@xxjarakudaxx: already tried it, it said the email was unavailable and gave me other suggestions.
If the email expired, you can just remake the exact email and it should work.
they probably just want a picture of the photo id or certificate not the actual copy so it should be ok.
