Hello Basilers!
I hear there used to be a damage range thread for our class, but it got lost in the abyss at some point.
So here I am, trying to revive it again

[header][b]How to get your range added![/b][/header]
1. Log into your character and open up your stats window and Beginner Skills window (make sure your Blessing is shown). Flaunt your equips if you wish also.
2. SCREENSHOT#1 CLEAN RANGE: Don't cast any buffs! Press the [b]Scroll Lock (SCR LK)[/b] button on your keyboard.
3. SCREENSHOT#2 BUFFED RANGE: Cast all and any buffs (NO ATK POTS! tsk tsk tsk ). Press the [b]Scroll Lock (SCR LK)[/b] button on your keyboard.
4. Upload your screenshots to Photobucket/Imageshack/imgr.
5. Post in the comment section below with a link to the screenshot and submit it in the format of:
[b]Level xxx | xxxx ~ xxxxx | xxxx HP | xxxx MP | xxx%INT | Buffed xxxx~xxxxx[/b]
If you wish to block out certain parts of your screenshot but don't know how, PM me with the screenshot and let me know what you want blocked.
Feel free to show an equip or two if you want.

To me, my definition of a buffed range is what I train or boss with. Just putting that out there.
Well I found out the hard way I can only use table tags if this was a guide.. :'( Went all out on that layout too.
Perhaps if this becomes upgraded to a Damage Range Guide at some point I'll make it look nicer.
I'm fairly new to basil's forum tags and layouts, so be nice to me!
If you have any suggestions to improve this, please let me know i'm always open to new ideas.

Please keep posting your ranges and encourage other lumi's to do so as well! If you've leveled a couple times you can repost it in a new comment too.
I'm worried once Kanna gets here people may abandon their charas altogether >_<
It would also seem I need to clear up the posting requirements to clear up some confusion when I get back, my fault for that.
But a quick note: I should rephrase the buffing requirement to your training buffs, not bossing. My apologies.

Wow, wait you have 300% INT equips? If so, may I add that to your Range up there?

LUK is still our secondary stat, just not a requirement to wear equips anymore.
It still increases your minimum damage quite a bit (also raises your maximum, but not as much).
MapleTip: Adding one Hyper Skills Point into LUK will increase your LUK by 50pts!

It would be great if everyone who saved a spot can get their ranges out to me
Don't worry about trying to level or get a better equip before you submit your range, this is for comparative purposes anyways. You are free to submit another range every 2 levels
Need more lower level lumis! If you made a SS of your range when you were a "younger" lumi please feel free to submit it and I will use the data in the SS. Thanks!

You are free to submit both screenshots, one with a clean range and another with all your buffs stacked up (no atk pots).
Just use HP/MP pots till you are fully healed and tidal will switch to critical damage (which won't affect your range).
No Black Blessing, no Crescendo, no tidal. That would be your clean range.

I had already changed the data requests for both buffed and unbuffed ranges earlier in the day

Might as well strip everything off to make everything an even playing field then. I'm sorry, but the idea of not using maple warrior is stupid.. why penalize that single buff? It is still accessible if you are not lazy and actually try to earn mesos or get lucky with MMBs.

Not to be a downer but this thread should only reflect unbuffed ranges because everyone would be on an even plying field. Everything else would be consistent other than who has better access to maple warrior in the end.
I feel like it would be far more beneficial to everyone if they showed both fully buffed ranges and clean ranges. By only posting clean ranges youre alienating people as well. You have to appease both sides for a thread like this to work and be helpful to the community at large.

Was in the middle of upgrading into tyrant.. so I had to sell a few equips so my range suffered

Unbuffed ranges show what a characters range/dmg can be with just pure equips.
Although your point is valid, think of it this way: What if someone were super funded and always used apples (or some other expensive high atk pot) to train?
What that constitute their normal range? Same would apply to decent adv blessing.
BUT, that being said, I agree it also shows what a characters potential was at their respective level.

Anyways, think of the unfunded players...woudn't want to discourage them from playing if all they see are high ranges while theirs is 50k below
How much MATK do you have? O_O I have about 40% int, missing the empress rod, and i have like 25K tops.
