Uhm I don't have a link but I can tell you what I know.

Basically if you're a crew leader you invite 3 other members that have to reach a certain level before 1/31.

Afterwards, if the requirements are met, then the crew leader will get 10k maple points and 100 red coins while the members get 25 red coins and some other stuff.

All members of the crew (including the leader) get a 10 att/m.att medal and two other things that I forgot about. In the end, it's beneficial for everyone.

You can only be a crew leader if you made your character before a certain date, and the opposite applies for crew members.

That's all I can really remember on the spot.
