Ranges needed for each gollux

what are the approximate ranges necessary for me to solo each gollux in a reasonable amount of time?

@loxiona: Yeah, though, i havent noticed it recently. But it goes both ways, there are times when teleporting would be more efficient than walking. Sometimes while walking you'll still be hit by the breath. Hence why i said it'd be smart to know both options and try to use both.

@Balddd Well i'm not saying its one delay or the other, I'm just saying that sometimes when haku is casting buffs you will be left unable to teleport (what I meant by 'locked', since in the context of getting swatted, you're not going to walk away in time when you're mashing your tele key trying to tele away). It's a killer at gollux if you're not careful. I know haku was designed to cast on the move, but it certainly isn't perfect

@loxiona: Thats not buff delay its teleport delay, but i know what you're referring to. Haku's buffing design is meant to be casted while being able to move, hence why our attacks arent interrupted when Haku rebuffs.

It could happen, yes, but any good Kanna should keep 10-20 mana just in case when you're fighting a boss where dodging is needed. (Cygnus, Gollux. Magnus)
Haku doesn't lock you, its just teleport delay. Haku's buffs act like buffs in auto buff skill (from pets) its meant to be casted without interruption.

Sometimes, using tele is needed, familiarizing yourself with both types of "techniques" is probably better.
It's been a while since I've used teleport at gollux to kill him, but occasionally he'd buff at the time I needed to teleport, and it would prevent me from teleporting all together until he finished one of the buffs. Then I'd get swatted by the hand and die because my teleport wouldn't work. Idk if it's still like that now, but it was troublesome.

You could also run of out of mp as well when you need to dodge a hand, which could get you killed as well. I don't think this is particularly common (I'm not sure if its even happened to me), but its something that could happen.

I see. Thank you very much for the advice!

@Balddd: @loxiona:

I see, that being the case, I guess I'll pay gollux a visit again very soon I always had trouble with him because my technique was not perfect, and hopefully, I can defeat him this time. Is there a preference for which two body parts to keep alive for hard mode? For normal, I usually take out the abdomen and the right shoulder.

In the very middle where you see the portal the hands never hit you, so you don't have to dodge them if you stay there. Only problem is breath, which does 1/2 your HP in damage. If I'm at full HP and get hit by breath, if i'm not healed immediately by haku, I try to kill one of the golems to put me over 1/2 health just a little bit, so I can tank another breath. Then I use falling sakura, a pot, or rely on haku to heal me from there.

It's also easier to just walk a little over to the side he's not blowing breath at and dodge him that way rather than using tele. Haku can lock you in place if he's casting spells, so it makes teleporting more dangerous
Whoa, that was amazing! Maybe I'm just lacking in the technique...

Is there a special spot where you have to stand? And how are you dodging his hand?
Normal is a raw minimum of 100k if you can avoid dying/falling/et cetera.
Hard is a raw minumim of 500k blah blah blah.
Hell: You can't solo it on a Kanna without getting ABSOLUTELY PERFECT gear. I mean, down to the last HP stat.
I think i did it without perfect gear? My gear is no where near perfect, and i solo it in like 5 mins? Would be a lot less if vanq charm worked for the second part.

OT: i think Hell can be when you hit 25m per line on Vanq Charm. Which is around.. 1.8m range clean? or maybe like 2.2m?

Hell becomes soloable once you can hit 20m+ lines iirc.

Most can solo easy
Normal: around 100k?
hard: 500-700k
hell: beyond visual range cap
