How do I get the gliding skill?
Do I have to do ALL the evan-related quests to learn the skill? Like helping out Stan then Ayan in perion, etc.
I have done all the quests on Evan storyline long time ago when it was released, I really don't wanna do it again

lol, it's one of them. Helping new adventurer christohper is glitched, and so is the unbreakable porcelain quest. IDK how people are even getting to the smirking ghost stump quest.

Umm actually u need to first complete all the quests in the storyline
Then hit 50 and your Dragon gives u the quest
But this is not possible because the quests be glitched
So u have to wait
Basically
To my understanding, I thought when Mir became of age (Level 50 I believe) A separate questline came up for Mir. Then you had to do all those quests to make the mount.
@finfin: If you don't have it now, then yes. I haven't done the storyline for a long time so I don't know if anythings been changed or not.
You can't atm since a bunch of the storyline quests are glitched.
