Gms Hayato is maxed at 1 for now. Get it to lv 250 and you'll still have the link skill as lv 1

Play a Hayato, and get back to me. What you wrote is in a different region of MS. In GMS, Hayato's link skill is maxed at 1.

I think it's a bug that Nexon hasn't solved or acknowledged. I have a Hayato at 120 and Keen Edge is still at Lv 1.
