Fafnir Wand Perfected with 8ma and 10ma scrolls

Are the difference extremely significant during late game?
I'm looking at a pretty cheap perfect scrolled (with +8ma scroll) Fafnir Wand deal right now, and I know If i were to get one perfect scrolled with prime scroll, it's going to cost so much more. But at the same time I don't want myself to be regret in the future for not getting a perfect weapon.
In the case of 12 stars:
Perfected with +8ma scrolls: 201 (base)+ 80 (scrolls) + 81 (stars) = 362
Perfected with Prime scrolls: 201 (base) + 100 (scrolls) + 88 (stars) = 389
So, for a 1m+ range Evan/Blaze Wizard, how much can 27ma contribute to range/dps?

Each point of M.Atk adds a little more than 1k to my range, so 27 M.Atk isn't exactly a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination. Granted, I have about 58% M.ATK in addition to Dragon Fury, so YMMV, but I agree with @zeck96 - buy the cheaper one and get another piece of gear with the difference.
You could hit a 2m-2m range without 27 extra magic attack, buy the cheaper one.
I imagine that at 1m range you would have somewhere around 1-1.5k base matk, so 27 atk should be somewhere around 1.5-2.5% overall damage output. Whether or not its worth paying for depends on your budget, I guess its up to you whether that damage increase is worth paying for.
