Can I get cube-able Emblem?
So it seems the only emblem that phantom can get is the Boss Arena Emblem.
But can I actually cube those emblem? If so, what's the best one I can get, what level?

All normal emblems are only obtainable by Explorers. As far as I know, Boss Arena Emblem is the only other emblem that isn't Explorer-exclusive, as far as I know.
