So i been saving a 90% occult scroll for armor wep atk. Now that i have lvl 100 diligence, does that mean it won't fail?

So i been saving a 90% occult scroll for armor wep atk. Now that i have lvl 100 diligence, does that mean it won't fail?

u can get them from black friday shop and from RED shop
It's Nexon. 100% Fail + Permaban Rate.
Diligence is only applied on 10%, 30%, 60%, 70% old school scrolls I think
