Driving question- Washington State
I'm 16, getting my intermediate license on October 16th.
I turn 17 on November 20th, the question is:
When ( and as early as possible), (If everything is done asap) would I be able to drive a motorcycle?

Isn't there a required thing I'm supposed to take if I want to drive something with more CC
