Anyone remember Mario Party Mini-game

So it starts in a random order with each player selecting a different flying machine, each with a name and a bit about it.
Some would say that they are a great flier or really fast, with each player picking one at a time.
Then you would watch as each player flew until there was only 1 person still flying or 1 person made it.

I forgot the name of it though.
Does anyone remember?
