Mass Effect 2, Suicide Mission, No one left Behind
Long story short:
I didn't have enough paragon to keep both Miranda and Jack's loyalty, and I sided with Miranda to later persuade her otherwise, which did not work due to it not being max( Very close, but out of sources to get Paragon) and Miranda keeps dying at the end, is it possible that I can make it so everyone can make it out alive or does somebody have to die?

I knew I forgot something,
She'll die either:
Boss fight, doesn't survive fall
"Fall back to the Normandy" she dies, gets left behind.

I've looked around, and without everyone's loyalty, someone ends up dying for the other to survive.
It's possible to have everyone survive. You can search for the requirements/what to do online.
