Nexon ticket follow upquot

Well, first off, i don't play maplestory anymore, but a really long time ago, i sent a ticket in that never got answered.

now like every other day, i get a ticket from nexon saying

I don't really care about having my ticket answered, i just want Nexon to stop flooding my email.

So, how do i get them to stop?
