At what point in the game can you get Victini, and what level is it when you get it?
Also, can B/W connect using WEP2/WPA2 passwords for Wi-Fi?

my team just consists of a level 24 Timburr, 26 dewott, 22 firemonkey thing and my freshly caught victini.
I don't have the game.

I played the Jap version up to the fourth gym and the English version up to the second gym...I gave up after that. I don't get the thrill out of Pokemon anymore.
Mewtwo is the evolved form, yo. That's why he's MewTWO. >
Edit: I hope you're not serious, Mewtwo's my favorite. MewThree is where I chop appendages off.
I went to a B&W party, except I'm poor and brang my GB Pocket and Silver Version. Cyndaquil, Rattata, and Gastly, baby. Then my GameBoy died and the oldness of my game cartridge erased my save file..
But man, I wanna play some Pokemon.
