potential not dropping?
i've been grinding at skeles for a while now and probably got over 50 equips and none of them had a hidden potential.
did they stop dropping for some reason?

I got a potential yesterday, it was the first time I had one since they first came out. I think they lowered the chance of an item having potential severely. That being said, a lucky guy in my KPQ run got potential squishy shoes *is jealous*...
no, i randomly hit a jr yeti, and got a hidden ptl red viper today.
@rkid4life there was a 2x drop for 30min at the top of every hour yesterday. and at that time, i did not get any hidden potentials.
possibly one of the many glitches of the v.90 patch?
