Detailed description on how to find Treglow please
Can someone give me a detailed description of how to get to Treglow?
I have completed 33 quests already... do I need to do more? No one else is offering quests on my NL.

Pantheon top right portal -> Go down the stairs to bottom portal -> Do every quest that pops up
How about you go to the bottom of the 2nd portal of the castle?
