Not to sound like a dbag damage freak but.
I reached level 131 on my wild hunter.
Here are my equips
3 max level evo rings and the latest resistance ring
Clean black mesoranger overall
24 dex black mesoranger hat
13att scg
5 att pac
4% dex shoes
4% dex
6% all stat earrings
116 att resistance crossbow
My current range is 15xxx - 24xxx
Will my range increase with 5 of the empress set(including the weapon and no cape.)?
The 4% dex shoes seem pretty good to give up.

@Crystalrawr: I think i'll be keeping the gloves because of my other characters muhaha. I'll keep your advice in mind! I'm still using a 4% str dep star from my warrior due to no dex pendant. Any suggestions on a pendant? xbows are cheap. maybe a bit too cheap since a guy purposely dropped the falcon wing xbow, which i picked up!
@FlagNorFail: Sorry forgot to mention, no it was not scrolled it was all clean when I got it.
@FlagNorFail is this your clean range or buffed range? This seems pretty high compared to your equips.

I'm assuming your empress were scrolled?

The cape is gonna kill me. Well thanks for the input, everyone! I think i'll stick with the overall, hat and weapon for now. The cap has 43 dex P:
Of course it will increase by a pretty good amount. However with out the cape ( I know it's the most expensive) your missing out on an extra 30 atk which is pretty huge boost and 30% boss which is also a huge boost. :O
You'll be fine mostly. Only equips you should replace for empress is the crossbow, overall, and maybe the hat if you dex scroll it. You can easily dex scroll anything now with the thanksgiving events giving out TONS of +2 stat 60% scrolls. Also keep in mind that empress has waaaay higher defense and will have a significant impact on damage taken.
That is, unless you'd rather save mesos for tradable %dex equips. All up to you
Empress is generally not a good idea for peole who aren't insanely rich or who have hundreds of cubes to spare.
