Noble Mind Quest Solution
Well I'm just here to inform everyone how to get the noble mind skill to level up.
1. Get a KoC to 120.
2. Do all of those new quests that were implemented up to when you have to kill Arkarium.
3. Return to Neinheart and complete that quest.
4. I think you have to wait a day, or the quest will be above Neinheart. (It's the symbol for repeatable quests)
[b]Clarification:[/b]You will need to get a Stained Soul
5. Kill Arkarium again and collect the item it drops. (It can drop 1-3 from my experiences)
[b]Clarification:[/b]Only the person who picks it up can get it.
6.Return to Neinheart (or click quest notifications) and complete the quest. Grats! Lv. 1 Noble Mind.
7. Repeat once a day for the next 5 days to get Noble mine maxed at Lv. 6

I'm kind of stuck...
I don't see any quests like the Curse of the Black Witch Quest or anything really.
The only quests I have under [b]Job[/b] are The Professional, All About Professions and Tristan's Successor.
The quests under [b]Cygnus Knights[/b] are Supplements for Mimiana and Riding Mimiana.
Nothing else... what quest should I have to start this

I think you just need to be level 120, then complete the Curse of the Black Witch Quest.
It's part of the long Cygnus Knight quest line.

Ahh that's probably why. I got to lvl 120 and logged off my KoC and was like got 24 bless never need to go on this guy again LOL.

Well you have to become a Captain first, then it should be called "To the Temple of Time" or something around those lines.

Kinda late in responding, but the first time you defeat him, you get nothing.
The second time, if you manage to snag the drop, the quest will then give you the noble mind Lv. 1.
EDIT: And regarding his hp...I have no clue either. Try to have 6 people, it could take you anywhere from 15-30 mins.
It's somewhat the fake one, somewhat the real one.
The damage of the fake one, the moves of the real one. IDK his HP.
