I think they don't cancel out because spider has meso drop rate increase too but the drop rate part doesn't stack.
pretty sure they still cancel each other out as they both come under the category of a buff
As long as the 2x isnt a buff the spider familiar won't cancel it. So lucky winter and that egg buff would be canceled by it.
