Advice needed Bullseye Ring

Part 1:
It's the ring from the Explorer's Champions Update. I will have one soon but I'm wondering if it's worth replacing my Evolving Ring II (Level 17) for the extra 5% critical rate. I currently have 87% critical rate and my 4 rings consist of DABR, Legendary Gratias Ring (5% critical), Evolving Ring III (fully upgraded) and the above.

Part 2:
If it's worth the extra critical then I will change the nebulite on my crossbow from a Rank C 15% PDR to a Rank B Critical (5% Critical). With the 15% PDR Nebulite I have a total of 105% PDR. The question once again; is the change worth it.? A total 97% does seem tempting

Does it? The gratias ring gives +3 w.attk and +4 on stats (i'm not 100% on this), in addition, if you are 120+ it gives 5% crit. + 3 stats
While the bullseye ring gives +2 attk (and +3 all stats?) and if you are 120+ it gives 5% crit and 2dex 1attk.
So the gratias ring does give slightly more.
I 100% concede you are absolutely right I don't know where I got that weapon att figure from. So clearly Gratias is outright better. >.< Oh well at least I can say that I took the effort to obtain what should be a crazy good ring that still is cool in concept.
Oddly enough the Gratias Ring increases my range very slightly more. Even though the Bullseye Ring gives more weapon att. They really should've beefed up the stats on the Bullseye Ring more for what was required to obtain it.
^Which can be surpassed with the release of Novans and the new potential that has been released in GMS already(though not by alot).
You could say the same thing about %Boss Damage when you start hitting max damage on bosses all the way up to Empress. It's about gauging how much is necessary for the dmg you are aiming for.
Except %boss damage adds a % of your damage to your damage. It has no hard cap other than the damage cap.

as @ZealousLoser said, legendary gratias ring, and the new champions update crit rings will not stack. so i think the legendary gratias ring is still SLIGHTLY better than your set now. so i think you will not need to adjust your ring combination just yet.

105%pdr ignore, 92% crit vs 90%pdr ignore, 97% crit? why not have both? =p

pvp gives titles, one of which gives 5% pdr ignore, and one gives (i think i rmemeber it being 5% crit).
so you could just leave yout 15% pdr ignore neb in your weapon, and go for that 5% crit title (not sure which one it was, but it'l be easy for you to find out)
for a total of 105%pdr ignore and 97% crit.
Level 150 and higher monsters should count for you.

Not really worth it if you already have a critical ring but if you like to just do stuff for the sake of it like me then go ahead
I'm still pondering whether I want to though I do have the time on my hands if I choose to. Thanks though I wish they would've put an asterisk in-game in the quest description specifically for level 200 players. Some of us would've never of realized.
