Well, it's more of an addition than multiplication. Though when the cooldown = 0, it just treats it as if it didn't exist so it doesn't matter anyway haha.

I didn't pay much attention to the non-boosted animation, but yes. It was working perfectly last patch, and I was hoping it would stay that way. I'm like the only person who doesn't see the animation or the F2 but I'm covered in NX so that probably attributes to it. I do notice there are times when going through monsters where I take no damage at all and it doesn't say miss so I'm assuming that's IS activating.
