I have bought 6 Clean Slate scroll from Coin Shop Now its says I have purchased maximum of numbers, wtf is it only 6 per character?

I have bought 6 Clean Slate scroll from Coin Shop Now its says I have purchased maximum of numbers, wtf is it only 6 per character?

Its supposed to be 5 per character in both shops right now, and it warns you every time you purchase one how many more you can buy.
