For anyone 160+, just go beat up 160+ monsters. I'm 189 and I can still get event items from Mutant Snails.

Get the ticket quest from Cassandra
Go beat up a bunch of monsters, pick up the tickets
Once you have 50, you will get the use item
Eat the use item
You will be sent to a map of bunnies, beat em up
By doing this, they will drop boxes
Inside the boxes is everything you need for Jewel Crafting
