Does 5 Star Ee 30% scroll from Mm blow up equip?

I've failed the 30% but the item being scrolled didn't blow up. I think it's reasonably safe to conclude they don't blow up your item.

The 90% potential scrolls in the unleashed shop didn't say anything either, but they've been proven to blown up items.

The example is bad because it literally say what stats it adds. You need an example related to the secondary effects, not the primary ones.
