Then the SE hyper skill gives you +5 crit rate making it 95% then if you throw in a mm card it becomes 99% or if you don't want the mm character card you can train up that phantom to 210 for 100%.

As far as links go you want(in order of most to least beneficial IMO):

DA- dmg%
Kanna- dmg%
DS- Boss dmg
Lumi- PDR
Xenon- stat%
Merc- Exp gain
Cannoneer- health%

Character card:

Hayato- min crit dmg
Shade- min/max crit dmg
Kanna or DA- boss dmg

Get those to lv 200 for the SS set bonus of 5% boss dmg.

@forensics hmm... I think without any outside sources, the bowmen class gets up to 60 or 70ish. to be honest the crit ring probably isn't all that necessary, considering your %crit is already so high, the increased crit rate will have a smaller return. I mean at this point it's just preference. My MM was constantly hitting crits due to Range Finding but I got the ring for it anyway just because I like seeing all red numbers but i mean MMs get a skill which boosts crit rate by another 20% and then the max crit dmg up to.. like 140%? the only reason I got a ring was to up the min. crit dmg from 20% to 25% and, again, to see all crits. but it doesn't do much. I mean in the end you might as well just rely on hyper crit for the last 10%, which opens another space for rings and whatnot. btw, if u get a MM up to 100, i think the char card gives either 3-4% crit. It's not that much but when you're right next to 100% crit and if you are worried about it, every % counts.

I hear they're coming out with another Onyx ring/sylph ring event and iirc there's a ring that increases minimum crit by 15% or so. If you get both rings, you can get ur min crit damage to at least 45% which isn't all that bad tbh.

As for secondary weapons, you just obtain them from Neville, and he's in most towns. I know for a fact he's in Leafre. I'd say don't buy anything until you're at least level 100 because it's kind of useless otherwise.

Best link skills... for me I'd just go straight up damage. 120 Kanna, 120 Demon Avenger, and probably 120 Phantom if you have enough space. At these levels, you'd get 10% dmg, 10% dmg, and then 15% crit, respectively. All of that would be helpful for whatever class you make. I mean maybe throw in a Merc just for +10% EXP... cannoneer for +Stat and 5%HP/MP... Not sure what else you'd need tbh.[/quote]

I only wanted the rings because I was at 80% crit and the ring got me to 95%. I just want to be able to have 100% all the time, even though it's rather useless... but it did raise my minimum crit (from 20% to 25%) and honestly with a max crit of 120%, I really, really want to raise that min crit.

Resistance Rings event isn't here till like April 11th
%dex is also really good if you can get it.
