This was one of the more depressing level 200s I have seen, given that a level 200 citizen would have once been a very spam-worthy achievement. He smega'd twice about how he was going to be a level 200 citizen and how everyone should see it in one of the Henesys maps. He hit 200, not a single smega. Then he smega'd a little while afterward, "level 200 citizen sale, 120k NX 608's/301's".
