Which link skill should I make?
I have 9 character slots, only one slot left open. The link skills I currently have are:
Phantom - level 188 (Main)
Nightwalker - level 120 (Not technically a link skill, but 24 weapon att is nice.)
Xenon - level 120
Kanna - level 120
Demon Avenger - level 120
Demon slayer - level 70 (Will get to 120.)
Mercedes - level 70 (Might get to 120)
Luminous - level 70 (Staying 70 I have 103% ignore defence.)
So what would be best link skill left to make? Or maybe a character with a good character?

PDR stacks multiplicatively which means that after 30% pdr from your cane, only 30% (from your leafre codex) of the remaining 70% defense will be ignored. 0.3 x 0.7=0.21%

Make a UA while you can
Get Luminous and Demon Slayer to 120, then make a Mechanic and the 3 Revamped Cygnus Knights for 15% Status Resistance. The 3 CKs are to be made eventually, once you get more slots.

PDR is still calculated multiplicatively I believe, unless the PDR stat you posted is the one you calculated yourself and not from the stat window, lv120 luminous would still benefit you.
Make 3 cygnus knights for status resistance, hayato, canonneer, and maybe AB.
Get your Luminous to 120, PDR doesn't stack additively any more.
I'd make a Mechanic for the Buff Duration on the Character Card. It's nice, since Phantom's stolen skill buff durations are so short.
