No Cd Final Cut Vs Arrow Platter Post-RED
So I've heard Post-RED we will be using Crossover Chains+Arrow Platter as our 1v1, however I have also seen a few people on this forum mention something about Miles becoming 120ms. So my questions are is Mile really becoming 120ms? (L>Source) and if i were to have enough buff duration to have the Final Cut buff all the time would Crossover Chains+Final Cut+Miles be better than Arrow Platter?

Well from what I see from videos, it would be arrow platter turret + arrow platter. Even with arrow platter being nerfed by impec, it still hits
as hard as mille considering it is almost twice as fast. Also including arrow platter procs noir per hit while mille procs noir every other hit. Another
thing to note that more noir procs > more judgment draws.(pure speculation ofc) But if I remember correctly noir being 120ms was a rumor started
from a video but like ^ said there is no real evidence proving it. Arrow platter has a lot more uses then FC also adding on the fact that you don't have
to stack buff duration(easier to use I guess). At least that is how I see it.
