I cant add my Phantom
After attempting to add my main/Phantom without any luck, I submitted a ticket for the second time and "mrbot" tells me I don't exist.

At some point yes it was on my Basilmarket account, after updating one time a few months ago I suddenly stopped existing and it was just gone. Only recently have I went through the trouble of checking ranking to make sure I was there and actually submitting a ticket though.
I just Google "KingsGuilt maplestory" and the top results didn't show you on the rankings. @mrbot probably didn't look hard enough. Google also shown basilmarket results. Did your character disappear from your basil acc when you updated it or delete it?
