On the Nexon website, it says
"If you are lucky, you may also win another great prize. Anyone of the following items could show up in your inventory just for logging in!"

Does that mean you don't have to be online at 2:00 PM – 2:01 PM (Pacific) or 5:00 PM – 5:01 PM (Eastern) ? All you need to do is just log on today?

It can be ANY town. Just use a "Return to Town" scroll and you'll be fine.

If you want to play it safe, just stick to towns with a Free Market.
