Alchemists have a skill that allows you to make it. You need to put any kind of equip from a certain lvl to make the desired crystal. They can put up a huge green pot that allows anyone to make those crystals for a set fee, they are usually cheap and you can find them in FM.

I set mine up in ch1 Ardentmill in Scania next to the Blacksmith.
6k a pop and wooow. The money just rolled right in.

Noamferr: Well, I don't see a reason to overcharge on a Basic one.

But I did set it up at 50k to test with when I first got it. Within minutes I made a 650k meso profit.
