So I made a new dual blade and I see a lot of ppl with owls above their heads like abr but with an owl. How do I get this and at what level?

around 10~ i got one
its a cs item
just make a new char and u get it, it cant be tranzed from any other char unless its a db

Think once you get to level 20 and advance to blade recruit you get it from a quest. It's a perma cash shop effect.

level 1-10 = beginner
10-20 = rogue
20 is when you job advance to an official DB so it would only make sense that's when you get it.
