you skiped the begining? if so

make a new one watch the begining to the part were you arrive in the forest at lv10 log out

go on to the one with error 5 and it should work

First it did not work for me, but after I opened Luminous character level 10 it fix me the problem.thx

I'm having the same problem too, except in a different situation. My finger slipped onto using a skill while boarding the wooden airplane, d/ced me, tried relogging on multiple times, and my client crashes.
