Empress Set Effect Help
So I'm having a problem with deciding whether I should go for the 5 set empress buff with the dragon tail cape so I can use an ele staff or go for the buff with the dragon tail war staff and give up on ele staff because the cape is really expensive, but I really like the ele staff speed and not to mention it looks awesome. I'm not made of money either so I'm not sure which way I should go. I know going for the set buff with the cape and using ele staff will be really expensive though, but will it be worth it? What should I do?

I thought ele staff/wand or w.e where only good for BaM's speed or something.
You will get better damage out of using the Ele. The only way the empress is better is if you have very little %boss, the full 6 set effect, and are fighting a boss. Even then the Ele is better since you can drain and pin better.
